Welcome to www.furlesspermanent.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking systems, purchases, and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Furless Permanent (Furless Hair Removal Center LLC) is based in the United Arab Emirates, which is our country of domicile.
  • These Terms, and any disputes arising from them, are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in Dubai or, where applicable, the DIFC-LCIA arbitration rules.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

  • You must be 18 years or older to register or transact on our website.
  • Clients under 21 may only receive treatments with a parent or legal guardian present, and both must provide valid government-issued ID.

3. Payments

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED.
  • Online transactions are processed securely via Fresha. We do not store any card details on our servers.
  • Cardholders must retain copies of all transaction records, invoices, and these Terms for reference.
  • All prices include 5% VAT (unless otherwise stated) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Balances and prepaid packages are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
  • Promotional prices, discounts, and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

4. Delivery and Collection

  • Physical goods (if purchased) must be collected from your booked Furless branch within one (1) month of purchase.
  • All services must be used by appointment only at any Furless Permanent branch.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Strict no-refund policy applies to all services, packages, and goods once purchased.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid charges.
  • Changes made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the booked duration.
  • No-shows will be charged the full appointment cost.
  • Late arrivals will be charged in full. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your full session time, but this is not guaranteed if another booking follows.

6. Booking & Treatment Policies

  • A first-time consultation is required before receiving treatment, even if you have undergone electrolysis elsewhere.
  • Emirates ID or government-issued ID must be presented and copied for internal purposes before treatment. Clients who refuse will not be treated.
  • Advance payment is required for treatments lasting one hour or more, unless you have an existing credit balance.
  • There is a minimum charge of 15 minutes per visit, billed in 15-minute increments.
  • Chargeable time includes: preparation, treatment, post-treatment care, and any additional use of the treatment room (e.g., phone calls or breaks).

7. Loyalty Programme

  • You earn 1 point per AED 100 spent on full-priced packages.
  • 100 points = AED 1 credit toward future package purchases.
  • Loyalty balances expire after 6 months of inactivity.
  • Points are not applicable on retail products, discounted services, promotions, or corporate discounts.
  • Points are earned on gift voucher purchases but not redemption.
  • Cashback rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • We may amend, withdraw, or update the Loyalty Programme at any time, without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All software, images, text, logos, and content on this website remain the property of Furless Permanent or our licensors.
  • You may view, print, and download content for personal use only.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Furless Permanent and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of our website, services, or content.
  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the website or services is to stop using them.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed in good faith negotiations.
  • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to mediation, and if still unresolved, to the courts of Dubai or arbitration under DIFC-LCIA rules.
  • Any claim must be brought within six (6) months of the cause of action.

11. Data Protection

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand:

  • How we use, store, and protect your data.
  • Your rights under UAE law and how to exercise them.

12. Changes to These Terms
