These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Furless Permanent website, booking systems, services, products, loyalty programs, and any related platforms (including Fresha). By accessing, booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Furless Hair Removal Center LLC and its affiliated entities in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“Furless”, "Furless Permanent", “we”, “our”, “us”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.
1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the service is provided:
- United Arab Emirates for UAE branches
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for KSA branches
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country. Where applicable and agreed in writing, arbitration may be used as an alternative dispute mechanism.
2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase services.
2.2. We reserve the right to refuse service where identification is not provided or information is incomplete or misleading.
3. Pricing, Payments & Transactions
3.1. We accept Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in local currency (AED in UAE, SAR in KSA).
3.2. All online payments are processed securely via Fresha or authorized payment gateways.
3.3. Prices include VAT where applicable (UAE 5%; KSA 15%) unless stated otherwise.
3.4. All prepaid balances, packages, and credits expire six (6) months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
3.5. Promotional offers, discounted packages, and special pricing are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Services & Appointments
4.1 All services are provided strictly by appointment.
4.2 A first-time assessment and registration is mandatory before any service.
4.3 There is a minimum billable time of 15 minutes, billed in 15-minute increments.
4.4 Chargeable time includes assessment, preparation, treatment, post-care, and room usage.
5. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows
This clause is governed by the Furless Permanent Booking Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Key points:
- Deposits and prepayments may be required
- Late cancellations (<24 hours) incur a 50% charge
- No-shows incur a 100% charge
- Deposits are non-refundable

6. No Refund Policy
All services, packages, credits, gift cards, and products are final sale once purchased. No refunds are issued except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, branding, systems, and materials remain the exclusive property of Furless Permanent or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Furless Permanent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Use of services is at your own risk
- Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service
9. Data Protection
Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with UAE and KSA regulations.
10. Modifications
Furless Permanent may amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
