Furless Permanent Booking Policy

This Booking Policy governs how appointments are scheduled, confirmed, modified, and cancelled for services provided by Furless Permanent / Furless Hair Removal Center LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). It applies to all bookings, whether made directly with us or via our booking partner, Fresha. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Booking Channels

1.1. Appointments can be made:

  • Online via our website www.furlesspermanent.com (using the Fresha booking platform)
  • In person at any Furless Permanent branch
  • By phone via our official booking number (+971 800 387 5377)

1.2. All online bookings are subject to Fresha’s Terms of Service, which can be viewed here: Fresha Booking Terms.

2. Treatment & Consultation Requirements

  • 2.1. A first-time consultation is required before any treatment, even if you have had electrolysis elsewhere. This consultation and assessment is free of charge.
  • 2.2. Emirates ID or other government-issued ID must be presented and copied for internal records. Clients who decline will not be treated.
  • 2.3. Advance payment is required for treatments lasting one hour or more, unless you have an existing credit balance.
  • 2.4. There is a minimum charge of 15 minutes per visit, billed in 15-minute increments.
  • 2.5. Chargeable time includes preparation, treatment, post-treatment care, and any additional use of the treatment room (e.g., phone calls or breaks).

3. Deposits & Payments

  • 3.1. Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.
  • 3.2. Deposits are processed via Fresha’s secure payment system and are applied towards your treatment cost.
  • 3.3. Any applicable promotions or packages will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • 4.1. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • 4.2. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a 50% charge of the booked duration.
  • 4.3. Failure to attend (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the booked appointment value.
  • 4.4. All changes can be managed through your Fresha account or by contacting our team directly.

5. Late Arrivals

  • 5.1. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling depending on availability.
  • 5.2. Full fees may still apply if your session cannot be completed.

6. Modifications by Furless Permanent

  • 6.1. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, staff availability, or operational requirements.
  • 6.2. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients as soon as possible and rebook at a mutually convenient time.

7. Fresha Platform Terms

  • 7.1. When booking via Fresha, you are entering into a Partner Contract with Furless Permanent through their system.
  • 7.2. Fresha’s own Deposit Policy, Cancellation Policy, and No Show Policy form part of your booking agreement.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Booking Policy at any time. The latest version will apply to all bookings and will be posted on this page.
