Furless Permanent Booking Policy

This Booking Policy governs how appointments are scheduled, confirmed, modified, and cancelled for services provided by Furless Permanent / Furless Hair Removal Center LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”). It applies to all bookings, whether made directly with us or via our booking partner, Fresha. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Booking Channels & Third-Party Platforms

1.1. Appointments can be made:

  • Online via our website www.furlesspermanent.com (powered by Fresha.com)
  • In-branch at any Furless Permanent branch
  • By phone or WhatsApp via our official booking numbers (+971 800 387 5377 or +966 9200 17504)

1.2. Where bookings are processed via Fresha or any third-party platform, you also agree to their applicable terms, payment policies, and processing rules, which operate in parallel with this Policy. Read full Fresha Booking Terms here.

2. Client Registration, Assessment & Suitability

2.1. All first-time clients must complete a assessment and service suitability assessment prior to treatment.

2.2. You must provide a valid government-issued ID for registration and verification purposes. Furless Permanent reserves the right to refuse service where identification is not provided.

2.3. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Furless Permanent is not liable for errors or omissions in client-provided information.

2.4. Furless Permanent is a beauty and personal care provider and does not provide medical services. Any information collected is for service suitability, safety, and operational purposes only.

3. Minimum Charges & Billable Time

3.1. All appointments are subject to a minimum charge of 15 minutes, billed in 15-minute increments.

3.2. Chargeable time includes preparation, assessment, treatment, post-treatment care, room usage, and any time reserved for the Client.

4. Deposits, Prepayments & Charges

4.1. Furless Permanent may require full prepayment or a deposit to secure any booking, particularly for long or high-demand appointments.

4.2. Deposits are applied toward the final service value and are non-refundable, except where cancellation is initiated by Furless Permanent.

4.3. Furless Permanent reserves the right to charge the payment method on file in accordance with this Policy.

5. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows

To protect service availability and staff schedules:

 Notice Period Charge
24+ hours No charge
Less than 24 hours 50% of booked value
No-show / same-day cancellation 100% of booked value

These charges apply regardless of whether a deposit has been paid.

6. Late Arrivals

6.1. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or forfeited bookings.

6.2. The full appointment fee may still be charged.

7. Right to Refuse or Modify Service

Furless Permanent reserves the right to refuse, cancel, reschedule, or modify any service for operational, safety, behavioral, or suitability reasons without liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furless Permanent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from booking errors, cancellations, system outages, or client non-attendance.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by:

  • UAE Law for UAE branches
  • Saudi Law for KSA branches

Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country.

10. Amendments

Furless Permanent may amend this Policy at any time. The version in force at the time of booking shall apply.
